I've been contacted by this recruiter. Has anyone had any experience with them? Can they be trusted?

Don't touch any of them. Find a job directly through a school. Or try webi, EF, Wall street etc. Agents and recuiters are sharks.

Not all recruiters are bad, but the rule of thumb here is that you benefit more just approaching schools yourself.

Not all recruiters are bad. Just my 2 cents, but every time I applied for one of the numerous uni jobs on Angelina's, I got a reply something like this:
"Sorry, that position has been filled. Here is a low paying other job with higher hours in a small city with an insufficient airfare reimbursement.
*** Here are many flattering facts about the city, as if you're a tourist who will stay for one week of sightseeing. ***
Please let us know soon!"
Angelina's
ehhhh not my favorite place.
But your mileage may vary. Apply to a few jobs and see what happens. Not much to lose. Or skip it; your choice.
Cool
