just curious if anyone is already looking for housing that is working with borderlink, i have a few places lined up, i was trying to wait till i knew the exact location as to where i would be working in saitama, but they said that most wont know until training, and all they do is recommend leo palace. Having worked in japan before I know you can find better apartments, |

The reason why Borderlink, and other ALT dispatch companies, wait until the last minute is because until the company signs contracts with whatever BOEs the managed to win the contracts with they don't really have any work for you.
Of course it there are better places to live than Leo Palace. Borderlink knows that it's quite likely that the company will lose any particular BOE contract the next year, possibly making last minute firings and/or moves necessary, so the company is unwilling to commit to better housing for its employees.
Did you end up taking a Leo Palace? |
