Anyone ever been to this island off the southwest coast near Kaohsiung?

I'm planning on going there but not sure to try to rent a moped before I go or once I get there.

Hey, I've been there before....
We just walked around the island. It's not very big. If not, you can rent one once you're there.
Walking was very relaxing and we got to see stuff we probably would of missed. Also, on a scooter, you could probably go around in no time if you wanted to.
There will be lots of people asking you if you want to rent one when you get off the boat.
