Hi Folks,

So I'm 25, graduating this year with my MBA, and have a CELTA. I spent my first year after college teaching English in Beijing and am hoping to move back to China this fall.

I love teaching English and hope to do teaching/training/coaching/consulting for most of my career. However, I'd like to move past ESL and put my MBA to use by going into soft skills or cross-cultural corporate training (more specifically cross-cultural leadership skills, meeting facilitation, presentation skills, etc).

I'm aware of a few companies who are well-known for this, but would like to cast as wide of a net as possible. Some trainers who I hold in high regard have worked with Language Key and speak highly of it, but I from what I understand they still focus mostly on language training with their soft skills programs still in the developmental phase.

Is anyone aware of other organizations who have been doing this and are doing it well?

Few people are going to do the leg-work of you finding a job. Most people keep job sources private for themselves, rather than do someone elses responsibility of finding a job themselves. Sorry.
