Wow! I saw the many posts made by Sandozboy regarding AES, which included reviving old posts from a year ago.

O.K., dude. I know there must be a reason behind this. Sometimes it is the employer. Sometimes it is the employee. Sometimes its both. I've witnessed many such cases regarding your employer, or former employer, which ever it may be, and very often, there's no clear villain. I've seen cases where people left because of the management situation. I've also seen cases where people left because they themselves are either not stable or cooperative in any workplace, even in their own country, or they are not yet very mature in the professional sense.

So, tell us your story. What happened? Also tell us about your own background. Then the ESL Cafe crowd on the jury can reach a verdict regarding who's wrong, who's right, or if it's a draw.

Don't know if I'm sorry or not. A lot of stuff gets deleted because it involves nothing more than venom and gall, but does his story fit that profile? Enquiring minds want to know, and I wouldn't be here without one.

Being a forum junkie I was one of the few that saw all posts before they were wiped out in a matter of hours-I remember the general complaint was that Dave and AES are in bed with each other due to the large revenue that the latter brings to this site.
Dave should have left at least 1 post and repsonded for integrity's sake Rolling Eyes
