So far in my search I've only come across Disney Englsih Shanghai which I've been warned isn't the best but I don't have details. I"m experienced with YL's and children in general plus I enjoy singing, dancing, and disney but what are the negative things? Or, what have been positive experiences? Do you get paid on time, any hassle with airfares, housing, end of contract?

I'd really like to find work in Shenzhen as it was recommended to me by a friend who lived and worked there. Any suggestions on where to find jobs that will accept my 2 years teaching experience in Korea as well as my 100 hour TEFL?

Thanks in advance

Josh

Shenzhen accepts 120 hour on-site TEFL certificates. The government - not schools - who cares what a school wants! You must meet the needs of the issuing authorities. In addition, I know a few people denied credentials from the TEFL because it was not obtained in a "western country."

I have a 100 hour TEFL Certificate and do not currently have a grand + to spend on a program to get my onsite TEFL/CELTA. Last I knew you didn't need a TEFL at all to teach in China. that's changed?
