The Euro will unfortunately survive and we will all be the worse off for it. Gordon Brown was right about one thing at least; he refused to allow Tony Blair and the rest of his New Labour rabble to switch to the European currency at the first chance they got. If he hadn't have stood up to them, this country would be pretty much sunk by now. It is unavoidable though; the EU will swallow us up eventually and we shall be Socialists in all but name.
