darn, you beat me to it.
another thing, many people move up naturally. So you start in one organisation and the DOS or administrators, or head teacher, etc, move on and then you have a chance to move up. that's what's happening where I am. The head teacher is moving on and rather than bring someone new in, they're going to move one of us up. |

| I was just poking around the International House site and saw some management postings. Do you have a CELTA? |

No CELTA but shortly to have an MA Applied Linguistics(touch wood). I think the British Council/IH require Celta? . I have 15years ELT plus management experience.

| Yes, my understanding is that British Council will only give part time work to people without a CELTA. |

Woudl an "or equivilant" work? |
