Anyone interested in teaching in Malaysia this school year should be here now and job hunting. This IS the hiring season. I just took a look at an online job board (whose address I can give to anyone who PM's me) and there are a lot of openings, especially in KL. Even my school has been looking for some part-timers.
Please don't post in September, asking if there are any openings. June/July and December are the times to be pushing the resumes/CVs on schools. |

it would be good to mention that, unlike places like Japan, Taiwan and S. Korea, a CELTA or something equivalent and/or a Masters degree in English or the equivalent discipline is required? I believe that all documents as well have to now be APOSTILLED, which will be much easier to accomplish BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR HOME COUNTRY.
Cheers and thanks Teak! |
