Anyone have any recent info on VATC....salary,working conditions,tax issues etc.I went for an observation class there and it seemed very basic just wanted to know if its worth my time to do a demo? |

as doing a demo is also a learning experience for you. If you have been doing this for ages, perhaps you would not learn much about process, but you should still learn a lot about employers, which has to be of value if you are going to be moving around in your career here. Even if the organization proves to be wretched, that will help you in knowing a better one by comparison when you see it.
It would also be nice if you reported back to the community on what you learned. Thanks, and have fun. |

They have a long sorted history. I have heard that VATC has received a large infusion of money and are attempting to branch out in many directions e.g. Mekong, private Viet schools and public Viet schools.
I heard the management style has not changed; dismissive, condescending, little organizational skills.
I have a Viet friend who is highly educated and worked as a manager at VATC. He is one of the most patient and easy going people I know. He quit after 6 months. |
