Hello,
I've a bit of a silly question here:
I just received my physical M.A. TESOL diploma and I want to have it framed.
However, I often see that employers want a copy of ones diploma... should I make copies of my diploma before having it framed? Or simply not have it framed??
Thank you. |

That does seem a bit silly to ask; you already know that employers are going to ask for copies of your cert in the future...
What I don't get is why framing the cert is going to be a problem in the first place. Last I heard, picture frames were removable... just pop the back off to take out the cert whenever you need to show or copy the thing. |

Scan a color copy onto your computer, save as a PDF, and print/e-mail whenever necessary. |

Make a high-quality scan of the diploma and frame that. The paper will degrade on the original if you expose it to light for extended periods. |

I am sadly shocked I didn't think of that myself.
Thank you. |
