Yes. It is in the contract. It is a way to justify paying native English speakers more than non-native. It is a justification for discrimination. But I am a strong supporter of equal pay for equal work. |

Where I am, there are tons of applicants from the ME. I don't know if it is due to Arab Spring fever or not, but I would guess that is some if it. I also think there are better jobs to be had these days without all of the compromises of some ME countries.
Things not so great over at HCT? I thought they were the good guys. |
