| Does anyone happen to know when income tax refunds are generally sent out? I thought it was supposed to happen sometime in July, but I can't quite remember. |

| Did you submit the tax return yourself? Usually the refunds are deposited 6-8 weeks after you submit the tax return. I filed mine in February and got the refund in April. |

No, as long as you don't owe money you have until the end of the year to file it- I used to do mine after the deadline every year to avoid the crowds, but these days I do it in February because I want the refund as soon as possible! 
wayne432, maybe get in touch with your tax office if it's been more than 3 months. Mine was delayed one year because my name on my alien card didn't match my account name (no middle name), and another year I forget to get a stamp from a certain section so had to go back again. |
