Hello everyone,
I'm an ESL teacher thinking about coming to Taiwan. People keep recommending it and it looks like it'd be a great year! I've taught in Korea, but the job search in Taiwan seems to be a bit different. There are only a few ads on Dave's ESL. I was just wondering...what's the best way to find a job? Can you recommend any recruiters/schools that are hiring right now?
Also, out of curiosity, have you been able to save money while in Taiwan? From the limited ads I saw, it looks like the pay is pretty decent (around 2000 usd?).
Any advice on where to begin would be great!
Thanks, |

I don't mean to be dismissive but there are a number of threads in the first few pages addressing exactly these types of questions. Take a look through them and then, if you still have some questions, come on back and fire away. |
