According to VUS:
The certificate is notarized and translated into Vietnamese at the Notary Public�s Office of HCMC (97 Pasteur St., Dist. 1, HCM City
As we know these certificates are issued from all kinds of outfits-from professional to shoddy,and from all over the world.
What about on-line certificates?
Anyone had difficulties getting theirs recognised/notarized?
My work permit will be handled by the HR department so I'm not expecting any difficulties hopefully.
Additionaly- is the work permit issued and valid to the specific province?
