				| Hey, 
 Ive been offered a position with EMG Education for $2100 a month.  Can anyone tell me if they know of this school?  is $2100 a decent wage in Ho Chi Minh City?

				| That salary is enough to live a good life in SG, even save, for sure, and live carefully and save a lot.  To find out if you're getting paid a fair wage, you need to break that 2100 down to per hour wages.  If you're working (in class or admin) 40 hours a week, then it's not that great a wage, 25 hours a week, then you are being paid quite well.

				| Yes, that's a quite livable wage here. You could easily save half of that and still live comfortably. 
 Never heard of the school.
 
 Keep in mind that $15-18/hr seems to be a decent starting wage for someone without many qualifications/experience here (for teachers, that is), after tax. At 20-25 hours a week of class time, that will afford you quite enough to live off of.
