I want to take the DELTA in the coming academic year and me and my boss are trying to figure out whether there is a way to set up an in-house DELTA programme, thus saving 2500 on the course that would be offered at International House for example.

What would we need to do this? My boss has the DELTA already and extensive teaching experience whilst I have an MA in TEFL. Is it as simple as simply studying and then entering the exam? How would we even enter the exam?

Any experience of this would be fantastic. Thanks.
