I'm looking for an affordable, quality online MA TESOL program. Any suggestions?

The University of Missouri has an affordable program:

USC also has a program, but I wouldn't call it affordable:

Tuition for the MAT@USC is $1,420 per unit. The estimated total cost of tuition for a full-time student who begins the program in the 2011-2012 academic year will range from $42,600-$49,700, depending upon the students specific course of study and credential option.

Am I completely thick, because I have no idea how to find out how much that course costs? All I can find are how much it is "per credit hour" but no explanation what a credit hour is, or how many credit hours are in the course. It also says that online courses are charged at the in-state rate, but the fees page only mentions one price.

Manchester University does one over 3 years at 2200 per year, if that's competitive. Certainly more competitive than the nearly $50k mentioned above.

I left a detailed response that seems to have disappeared...

M Ed in Learning, Teaching and Curriculum with a focus in TESOL
 33-hour online master's degree program

The total cost is about $12K.
