				| Hi all. Recently I've been looking around the web at places such as craigslist or tokyometropolis to get some appliances I need for my apartment. Would anyone happen to be able to recommend any delivery services I could use for big things such as a refrigerator? Any help would be much appreciated. By the way I live in the Tokyo area around Shinagawa. Thanks for your time. | |

				| Are you thinking of shipping from your old home to new home, or are you planning to buy an appliance? If the latter, the store itself should offer some sort of fairly cheap delivery. | |

The important point you missed is "craigslist or tokyometropolis". ie. used.

Takyubin/black cat is the usual service, no?

I moved house twice with that particular Akabou driver quite a few years ago now. Mr. Tanaka is a really nice guy with good English, I also recommend him.

				| I was thinking of purchasing a refrigerator through craigslist. Not sure exactly how to arrange for delivery though
