As with most employers they expect teachers to do a good job, fulfil the contract and not desert their students and the university without giving the agreed notice. |

A friend of mine works for them. They enjoyed the job. They were placed in Ibra, I think Anyway the only issuse they had was their contract was 10 month. No summer pay and they renew the contracts yearly so you don't qualify for gratuity pay. |

That would be a big issue for me - do other recruiters pay holidays and gratuity? |

For me as well. First I've heard of short contracts. Hope it's not the case for all of them. |

CECNE follow the letter of the contract and expect employees to do the same. As previous posters responded, they expect you to do your job, and they will do theirs.
In the two years I worked with this company, I had one problem, which was resolved by referring them to the contract. It was promptly addressed. I rarely asked for assistance, but when I did it was offered professionally.
The one strike against CECNE was the former 11 month contract. As of September 2011 all existing and new teachers receive a 12 month contract.
All is well. |
