Which schools will only consider the work experience that is "verified" by these "Teaching Service Experience" certificates? One school will only recognize that experience which has these "Teaching Service Experience" certificates.
In my experience, this is the only school that only recognizes your experience that has these supporting "certificates". Is this a sign that this school is too burocractic?

The only employer in the Middle East that did not require these confirmation of previous employment letters or certificates or whatever you want to call them was the American University in Cairo... probably since Americans have never heard of these things and they are not provided by US employers.
But every Gulf employer (university level) required them.

Correct. For every Gulf employer I've worked for, I've simply provided whatever documentary proof available for previous employers. They included US income tax returns as far back as for Japan and Malaysia from 1986 to92; recommendation letters, whatever. They've all been accepted. |
