The best TEFL course I think is offered by Robinson College in Toronto and there is an added bonus. If you send an e-mail through their agent in Mexico to do the registration, when you complete the course you are given priority through the agent in Mexico of their contacts of schools in for a job placement. You can send an e-mail to Alison Davies at the Mexico office [email protected]
or write me if you have any questions or comments. That is how I got a job in Mexico! Very Happy

It may be hard to post responses without coming across as a shill or an ad, but what's the connection between Robinson College in Toronto and engcanada? Is engcanada a language school or chain of language schools in Mexico? Is it a job placement service?

Well I don't work for either. I was only mentioning this because I see many TEFL courses and a lot of people wanting to work in Mexico and this is how I obtained work in Mexico. I believe the both schools have some kind of arrangement but I don't know the specifics. engcanada is an ESL school but also a placement agency for schools throughout Mexico.
