Do you have hand-me-down T-shirts in your country?
Second-hand clothes are big business in Cambodia (no to mention used cars, etc.) They come from Korea, the States, and i don't know where, and they are affordable for average people.
On the other hand, as this documentary shows, they have decimated the textile manufactoring sector in at least one country.
