Do most public school positions have paid vacation if you renew your contract? I think public school generally starts mid-May and ends in February. If you renew your contract, will you paid in March and April? Do Western teachers have to teach English camps, like they make you do in Korea? |

Paid vacation and working at camps during the vacation breaks is entirely negotiable.
Some schools (not language academies) offer paid vacations, many do not.
Most schools do NOT run day-camps in the breaks (like the Korean schools do).
A few schools may ask you about doing a weekend camp during the school year but again, it is negotiable.
There is NOT a blanket contract like (EPIK/GEPIK) in Korea.
