Hello Everyone

I have been following this forum for a while now and it has been extremely helpful. From reading the Saudi section I can see that it is best to apply to Universities directly.

I need some advice.

I have a BSc and a CELTA and nearly 1year experience teaching ESL in Riyadh. I would like to work for Universities directly rather than to go through an agency.

I plan to:

1) keep working in Riyadh for at least 3 years.
2) apply for a Master's Degree in TESOL to be completed online whilst working in Riyadh.
3) THEN after 3 years of experience, apply to Universities directly

Is this the right way to get hired directly?
