Hi everybody,

I completed a TEFL teacher training course a few years ago, and it has only occurred to me now that I don't know what accreditation the school, and therefore my diploma, actually has. I do know that they are registered with the SEP, but beyond that...?

I'm not speaking about the teachers' courses that are offered by language institutes a dime a dozen. I know that those have no accreditation whatsoever, even by the SEP.

But for those large centers-- I did ITTO in Guadalajara-- does anyone know how they are registered as teacher training centers? And what weight does my diploma from them actually have?
