I hope I'm not breaking any rules by posting such a strange question here, but based on what I read, I think its ok.

Here's my situation: I had a massive stroke when I was in Tokyo and got taken back to the states for treatment, however, due to my semi crippled body and containment in an ICU unit I did not have the opportunity to arrange for my last paycheck to be sent to the usa.... apparently it was deposited into my JP bank account as usual and I'm trying to figure out a way of getting that money to me in the USA

I don't know if I can do a transfer online something...

Don't see what's so strange about it. If your bank has online banking then wire the money to yourself or through a third party (eg.GoLlyods). If that won't work then simply have someone from your workplace or wherever go into the bank and wire the money over the counter.
