| I have been offered a salary of 900 OMR for a 25 hour working week, is this a bit low compared to the average? |

Even if that includes housing it is still low.
Salaries with housing should be around 1100, without should be 13-1400. |

| It seems a bit low. As far as I can gather, most teachers get between 1300 and 1400. It varies from agency to agency. TATI generally offers a package of 1385 to everyone. Credentials do not seem to influence the package. BA and MA holders both receive 1385. There is no increase for your second, third, etc. year. The salary stays the same. |

Seems low. Even if housing is included, as someone mentioned. Take into account you'll probably be needing a car every now and then, paying for utilities, and possibly be sending money home every month, and that 900 OR quickly becomes 450 OR....
It's enough to live on, but you certainly won't have a lot of disposable income. |
