| Both universities are in desperate need of teachers and are offering plenty of overtime. KSU announced that those who teach a full extra session will be paid an additional 50% of their base salary.This is almost nothing! Does anyone know howmuch PNU is offeing? |

| Why is there such a shortage? Is it because they failed to recruit enough teachers, or did they just not bring everybody over in time? |

Yes to both... and based on posts here, there is also high attrition of the ones that have arrived.
