I remember reading about some people having difficulty finding larger sizes in Hanoi. The shop at 56 Trieu Viet Vuong has larger sizes. I just had a quick look and found 34-38, but they may have larger. I didn't bother with the prices, since I have little difficulty finding my size at other stores (34).
