Hi! I worked in China years ago (Shantou, Guangdong Province) back when I was single. I plan on going back to work in a couple of months but am now married & have a child. I am Canadian, my husband & 1.5 year old daughter are Indonesian. From what I've read online it seems like they would get added onto my visa. Does this sound right? And would it be an issue at all that they are not Canadian as well? I'm not applying for any jobs yet because I know how fast you get replies so I'm waiting until the time is a bit closer so I can't directly ask any employers. Is this a fairly standard issue? Meaning do alot of people bring family with them when they move there? Any others problems that may arise regarding that I should keep my eyes open for? Any information would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to go through all the steps involved before one moves their entire life to a different country to find out at the last minute that there's something majorly flawed with my plan. Thanks guys! |
