No kidding! That's what the ad says:

And they want a qualified teacher (with more than a TEFL). I guess the intent is to increase TTT to the point where the rich kids play games on their phones and the others play games on the teacher.

Actually, this looks like a good school and a decent job offer. Reading the description, it's apparent that they're looking for a standard EFL teacher. Why post it under the title of Lecturer? Maybe because they're a hoity-toity British outfit in the middle of a forest. They like that kind of thing.
