Hi!

Ive applied for a job with Shane through teflone (I know a lot of people have negative views on them but anyway) my
I was just wondering about the application process from abroad. Ive sent my CV in, completed a pre interview (which was pretty lengthy and in - depth) and the next step is a telephone interview.

Do they also require a group and face to face interview? Aeon's interview process sounds a bit daunting. Just how difficult is it to get a job with them?
Id love to hear from anyone who has interviewed with them for tips etc.

Thanks!

I wouldn't go near teflone with a ten-foot bargepole! They've really gone out of their way to conceal any identifying information.

You don't say where you're applying from, but when I applied from the UK about 2 years ago it was very simple. They recruited through Saxoncourt, and my interview was just a one-to-one chat at Saxoncourt's offices in London.

I don't know anything about teflone, but if you look on the Shane/Saxoncourt homepage, it clearly states in the "Vacancies" tab that interviews are face to face or on Skype.

Have you also seen these "negative views"?
