Here is the min, but I am curious about what quals people have when they get hired.
Master's Degree in TEFL or Bachelor's Degree and TEFL Diploma
3 years teaching experience
Experience in curriculum development and student assessment
Knowledge of contemporary teaching practices and computer assisted learning
Those who get hired? Usually a master's? what else? |

Before you get too serious about this you might want to do a search for recent comments about HCT.
Is your information up-to-date? They have a bad reputation now, so they may not be able to be picky.

You have to know what you're getting into. So do some research.
