Does anyone have any experience with the China Program in Shenzen?
http://www.chinaprogram.org/
I've talked to a couple of alumni of the program and it seems to be legitimate, but I was wondering if anyone here had heard anything to the contrary.
For background, I'm a soon to be college graduate with no TESOL experience.
Thanks all,

I'm not sure why anyone would pay $2,200 to teach in China when you could just get a regular job here. The salary isn't so great.
I suppose with your lack of a uni degree and TESOL ert it may be a safe way to go. It's not really clear how well they'll take care of you.
At first glance, I thought this was a uni-sponsored study program, but on closer inspection iy just seems to be a standard recruiter.
Most people here probably wouldn't touch this offer, but with your limited quals it may be ok if you're determined to come here. Ask for contact info for a couple of people who have recently completed the program.
