I'm applying for jobs @ HCT Recruit website. I'm trying to upload pdf & jpeg files to my profile in "Profile Section" but there's a 1 MB limit. How can I get around that? Or, how can I make pdf or jpeg files smaller?

Stop applying. You're only contributing to the problem.
It's sage advice! |

I don't know about getting around the limitations, perhaps edit a bit what you are sending. Mention in a note somewhere that you can provide X and Y, if necessary.
As to whether you want to work there, read all the HCT threads and blogs. Obviously it is those who had bad experiences who usually post. It is a very large organization and many have been there for years and are able to deal with the... silliness... of the management. There are branches that have particularly bad (nasty) management people. But, there are also branches that have pretty decent managers.
It's a crapshoot.

Well put, but I warn you it's much more than management. Many, if not most, of the students are horribly behaved and have been known to drive teachers to states of mental anguish...one had to seek help after quitting. But let's not rehash what's already been shared on the forum. Search and see for yourself.
