Does anyone have any good suggestions for listening and speaking activities that students can do online in the classroom while the teacher monitors them and ultimately assesses their work?

I know there is comercial software out there and that is probably the best way to go.

Senior High school is the context.....
Improve speaking and listening skills using a computer in the classroom.

I have found this site and it is useful....however i need some other sites to compare it with.

I especially like dialogues that students can listen to and practice with partners after doing the activities online first.
