What's the difference between YIC and YUC (that is, yicky & yucky)? I gather that YUC has both a men's college and women's college while YIC only has a men's college. Is this true? Is there no women's college at YUC?

Which is better to teach at? Better to teach at = more open-minded and flexible administration, better salary + benefits

If you're talking about a place that rhymes with 'bamboo', then YIC is better. Been to both. Both good, in fact both excellent. YIC shades it with their excellent head teachers who have their feet on the ground.
