quick question:
Back in 2008 I had went to Fuzhou to teach English. My employer (who I met on davesesl) assisted me in getting a valid 12 month Z working visa and so off I wet.
However, I had a bad experience with the school and I quit after only 6 months as my employer was impossible to work with and made various threats against me including 'if you leave before the 12 months you will be banned from obtaining a Chinese working visa again'.
Could this be true? I am looking at teaching in China again but this time with a more respectable employer, I just hope I still am able too...
note: I'm a 24yo Australian with a TESOL + 6 months teaching experience + I'm 2/3rd through my BA. Is that enough to get a work visa these in China days or is the BA essential? |

Finish your BA... then the whole map of Asia opens up to you.
As you your problems with your past employer... 99.9% of the time they are blowing smoke up your azz and the threats are meaningless.
