Hi there,
I've heard different stories from different people regarding the NOC.
My question is this.
If you leave the Kingdom on a final exit VISA without the NOC (UK - I'm English), how long do you have to remain outside the Kingdom before you can reapply for jobs?
Any information about this would be most welcome.

To respond to your thread title, it depends on which way the wind blows.
It's like, there ARE no rules...at least hard and fast ones, which apply to you! |

Depends on the potential new employer. Be upfront with them and make it clear you don't have a NOC. In my opinion now, for most, this won't be a problem.
In the past two years was suggested, but sometimes one year. I have gone from one employer to another recently without the certificate. Myself and several colleagues at the time were turned down by Dammam Community College after "successful" face to face interviews. The only reason we could come up with was the place where we were didn't issue NOC's
I won't mention names but I worked for a western multi-national company. They demanded an NOC but did not issue them.
Like the previous poster said it's the first rule of the Fight Club: there are no rules. But apply and see what happens.
Good luck |

Asking about RULES displays a fundamental misunderstranding of how KSA functions. |
