| I recently started teaching in Nanjing and have been offered a position in marketing and advertisement for my school. My education background is in business. The plan is to cut my teaching hours to close to 0 with most of my time focusing on marketing. I'm currently making 6000 a month and was wondering if anyone had an idea of what kind of raise I should ask for as well as any other perks. |

If you are getting into something that you do not even know how much your worth then why waste your time doing marketing for the school if you don't even have the slightest clue how to market yourself!  |
