Hi all, what have you heard about English for Asia? Are they a decent lot to work for? |

Unless they've gone downhill, yes, quite a good outfit to work for. I've known a few who worked for them over the years, but not recently. As I recall they have contracts with various schools, including primary and secondary schools, all over HK, and you're sent out here and there. Decent rates of pay too. |

Thanks Perilla
What are the chances of teaching mostly adult classes in HK? I know it's a very "young learner" centred market... |

I used to teach adults only - for six years in fact. I worked for SPACE, the continuing edn wing of HKU. All the HK unis have a similar op, and adults make up most of their students. Only catch is it's mostly evening work as the students have day jobs - but it's doable. |
