| What are the chances of finding work in Istanbul if I was to jump on a plane to Turkey in the middle of January? |

| You'll find something. There are lots of language schools and maybe there'll be some k-12 teachers who decide they rather not continue after the semester break (it happens, really it does) thus, leaving a spot open for someone who is willingly to jump right in. |
