| Is it reasonable to expect that someone with a clean work/medical/criminal record will have no problem getting a work visa? Just wondering if anyone has experienced being turned down for a work visa for no apparent reason. |

Yes, if you have a clean work/medical and criminal record, it is reasonable to expect a work visa. However it is highly unreasonable to expect that work visa to arrive in a timely manner. If you are Canadian it will even take longer than the normal extra wait it usually takes. If the documents are not completed properly then you will be sent back to redo them again! Make sure you follow all the visa document requests exactly to the letter. |
