Dear all,
I was wondering what sort of documents you need to supply for the Certificate of No Criminal Record? I understand it a required piece of document for the PNET and SNET application. However, I'm not sure if there is a separate document I can download from the website or whether I'm supposed to find this document in my home country. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks all. |

It comes from your home country, and if you come from somewhere with both federal and state jurisdictions, you need to get it from the federal authority.
If you've already been working abroad, then in theory the EdB could also ask for CNCC from those other countries (although I personally haven't heard of any instances of this). |

If you are applying for the NET scheme get one from your home country. Doesn't take long, especially from the UK.
I did a strange thing here where I walked into a normal looking office, stated that I wasn't a criminal here in Hong Kong in front of some guy who signed it, and that was enough apparently. And it was free.
Would he also verify if I wanted to state that I trafficked prostitutes and cocaine too...??? |
