When an English teacher is recruited to work for an organization (univ or company), is he usually working for that company or the recruiter? Who is actually employing him? In other words, does a contract acquired through a recruiter mean that free housing, children's schooling allowance, and free annual flights home (for the family) are not included?

A good contract from a univ or company should provide these three benefits. WHat's the situation with the recruiter?
