After 2 years in Korea and a year in China, I've relocated to Hanoi.
Are there any sources of information about finding apartments in Hanoi?
So far, I see small rooms with 3 doors and six locks, that are a bit pricey for what you're getting.
Any info on apartment in Hanoi? Simple rooms. |

| You can find lots of apartments listed in the housing classifieds on The New Hanoian website. Better still, contact one of the real estate agents listed in Top Spots - look for the ones with the highest ratings. Good luck and remember to negotiate! |

Be very careful about simply going to the highest rated agent on the New Hanoian. Read the actual reviews carefully. Several agents have posted numerous fake reviews. Be especially wary of numerous "5 Star" reviews, and remember that far more dissatisfied than satisfied customers tend to write reviews.
Many of the listings are not exclusive to one agent anyway. A lot of sharing goes on. Send me a PM and I'll give you the contact details for two very reliable agents, not associated with each other or with me. |
