Oh happy day, the guy at the Embassy who said 'we make special favour for you' in regards to my passport was correct, my Russian visa has been granted looks pretty and I am on my way.
First a little stop in Poland and Czech Republic for good measure.

PS. Big transportation question: is there a hotel/hostel drop off shuttle service from any of the major airports? I am flying into VKO airport |
