I have a BA and a MA in International Peace and TESOL.
Studying a Doctor of Ed leadership and realizing I should also study either a DELTA or a Post grad cert in Linguistics. Do you think that is enough to land a decent job in UAE? Like HCT, Zayed or UAEU |

So... is your MA in "international peace" or "TESOL" or do you have two MAs?
If you have an MA in Applied Linguistics/TESOL, you should eventually be able to get a job with one of the better employers.
You will also need to present them with a few years of related experience - teaching Academic English - preferably writing - preferably to Arabic speakers.

| www.apus.edu offers a MA in international peace and conflict resolution, I focused on the middle east and finished it while I was there. |

Never heard of them... doubt that they are recognized in the Gulf... and can't think of any use for one in education there.
What does one do with such a degree?
What did you mean by "TESOL"?
