Hi Guys
I'm a newbie in the TEFL world and have recently been accepted on the CELTA course in ECC Thailand. I was just wondering what sort of wages I would be expecting once qualified with a CELTA (in Thailand). I am also degree qualified.
I assume the wages would be higher than entry level positions with no CELTA? I also have 5 months teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant in a local primary school.
Any info would be very Helpful!!
Cheers

Fresh off the plane and unproven you will get 32-35k anywhere.
If you look good and demo well you might get up to 40 at the bigger language academies.
In your 2nd year, if you are decent you can work that up to 50-60k (but probably will mean changing employers).
